regarding price, think it's excellent value for money for sunshine beach. ideal location, large room, as well as friendly staff. we were upgraded to a suite with ocean view.

Small restaurant and helpful staff. Walking distance to the lovely beach. Apart from that, Pardons Fruit Market was 5 minutes away by driving. Meals were EXCELLENT. Manager is the best ever! Pleasant stay, as always.
